Terms of Service for Nordisken

This document constitutes the legal agreement between you (“the Customer”) and Nordisken (“the Provider”). By ordering or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

1. Service Delivery and Activation

  • Delivery Time: Services are normally activated immediately after payment is confirmed.

  • User Account: The Customer is responsible for providing accurate information and keeping their password secure.

  • Support: Technical support is provided via Discord and our ticket system on the website.

2. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

  • Waiver of Right of Withdrawal: By purchasing a game server from Nordisken, you request that delivery begins immediately. You hereby acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal expires the moment the service is made available to you in the control panel, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

  • Refund Guarantee: We offer a voluntary 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 24 hours, you may request a full refund, provided no Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policies have been violated.

  • Defects: If the service has significant defects that cannot be rectified, the Customer has rights under applicable consumer protection laws for digital services.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

The Customer agrees to follow our rules for acceptable use. Violations may lead to suspension without refund:

  • Prohibited Activity: Any form of crypto-mining, DDoS attacks, or hosting of illegal material is strictly forbidden.

  • Resource Usage: Servers are shared with other customers. If your server uses an abnormal amount of CPU or disk I/O that negatively impacts others, we reserve the right to limit your resource usage.

  • Security: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other servers or the node’s operating system is prohibited.

4. Payment and Cancellation

  • Subscription: The service is billed in advance for the selected period (e.g., monthly).

  • Cancellation: You can cancel the service at any time via the client area. The service will then remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

  • Late Payment: In the event of non-payment, the server will be suspended 3 days after the due date. After 14 days, all data will be permanently deleted.

5. Liability and Data

  • Liability: Nordisken is not financially responsible for indirect losses resulting from downtime or technical errors.

  • Backup: We take daily backups for system recovery purposes, but the Customer is solely responsible for maintaining their own backups of important game data and files.

6. Refund Policy

At Nordisken, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your game server. Therefore, we offer an extended service guarantee beyond the standard legal requirements.

  • 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee: You may request a full refund within the first 24 hours of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service.

  • Statutory Right of Withdrawal: By purchasing digital services, you agree that the 14-day right of withdrawal expires as soon as the server is activated and made available to you.

  • Exceptions: Refunds are not provided if our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) has been violated (e.g., via crypto-mining or DDoS attacks).

  • Procedure: Contact support via Discord or our ticket system to request a refund.
